Within the large expanse of the Los Angeles Zoo premises lies the Winnick Family Children's Zoo. This enclosure is home to the Animals and You program. The program allows kids and families to have up close encounters with many of the zoo's animal species. The session lasts 15 minutes and focuses on raising awareness on various types of animals.
