The immunization clinic recommended tetanus, hepatitis A and B, typhoid, polio, and H1N1 for my trip so off to the doctor I went. After getting jabbed 4 times and getting three prescriptions (for malaria, diarrhea, and sleep aids) the pain really started when they swiped my credit card for $300! It was 4 band-aids later that I realized the band-aids hurt more than the shots, at least when you try to remove them. I was a little head achy, they had warned me I might, but it could have just as well been stress at work or the power of suggestion. |
Vashon and back to Seattle and off to a farm
We went on a ferry from Lopez back to Seattle where we couch surfed at a guy i met when i came through seattle a few years ago. Then we headed to Vashon and got to stay with Adrian and Simon,
